Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Business Analyst.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments, with a strong ability to elicit requirements, document processes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and challenges.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, user stories, use cases, and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support solution validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Apply domain knowledge from industries such as Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Retail.
  • Work with architects and subject matter experts (SMEs) for industry-specific solution design.
  • Leverage cross-industry insights to enhance business process understanding.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI.
  • Translate business KPIs into reporting/dashboarding requirements.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and their impact on digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong skills in requirement elicitation, documentation, stakeholder communication, business process mapping.
  • Experience in at least two major industry domains with solid business process understanding.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
