Responsibilities:

  • Lead the client servicing function, overseeing team performance and ensuring high standards are met.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, providing trusted guidance and strategic support.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, promoting high performance and client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to develop effective communication solutions.
  • Represent our agency at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies).
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills are essential.
  • Experience managing large accounts and multi-industry clients is necessary.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution is critical.
  • Team leadership and mentoring skills are required.
  • Proactivity, adaptability, and commitment to delivering value are expected.
