We are seeking a Customer Delight Manager to join our organization in India.
About the RoleThis position will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in both B2B and B2C sectors. The ideal candidate will assist in developing customer delight strategies, manage customer inquiries, and collaborate with various teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer delight strategies for B2B and B2C sectors.
- Manage customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction metrics and present findings to management.
- Train and mentor junior team members on customer service best practices.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
