Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a talented CX Expert to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a direct insurance broker company based in Mumbai.

We provide a range of Insurance Products and Services to meet the needs of Corporates, Government bodies, and Individuals.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to improve customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on customer interactions, including WhatsApp, emails, and calls on the status of quotes
  • Create quotes for various insurance products, such as Fire, Marine, Liability, Engineering, and Health
  • Build rapport with customers and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and facilitating endorsements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extreme customer focus with a goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products, including different coverage options, policies, and regulations
  • A degree in Arts, Commerce, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • A results-oriented mindset, with self-motivation and a passion for using AI tools
