Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation

• Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

• Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose suitable solutions.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

• Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support during the sales process.

Product Knowledge and Demonstrations

• Gain a deep understanding of Makaz Software Solutions' products and services.

• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored presentations to showcase solutions effectively.

Achieving Sales Targets

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and maximize lead conversion.

Reporting and Market Analysis

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts using CRM tools.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in IT sales or a similar role.
  • Experience with selling software solutions, IT infrastructure, or cloud services is a plus.
