
Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our institutional client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing high-value relationships, driving revenue growth through idea generation and timely execution, and providing exceptional market insights to our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our institutional clients, understanding their investment needs and preferences.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to optimize revenues while efficiently utilizing resources.
- Distribute research, deals, blocks, corporate access, and technology solutions to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lead Alpha Capture programs to enhance investment strategies and improve client satisfaction.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and revenue streams.
- Cultivate feedback from clients to continuously improve our distribution products and services.
- Maintain strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively across different teams to achieve common goals.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or economics.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
