Drive Business Growth through Data-Driven Decision Making

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to lead our data strategy. The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and business expertise, with a proven track record in analytics.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure, working closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, build robust data pipelines, and deliver actionable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Modeling (30%)
  • Develop and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting, design dimensional models and star schemas to effectively organize retail data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into efficient data structures, ensuring models align with reporting needs.
  • Data Quality Management & Governance (20%)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data quality frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of retail and e-commerce data.
  • Project and Team Management (30%)
  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
  • Core expertise with dbt (data build tool).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Python or R.
