Director of Data Science

As a senior leader in data science, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team to tackle intricate business challenges and transform them into clear-cut data-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for an experienced data science professional who can seamlessly combine technical expertise and creativity to drive innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of uncovering hidden insights in large datasets and driving business outcomes with data-based recommendations.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end client AI & analytics programs in a dynamic environment, working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team to execute on a structured data science roadmap
  • Managing client interactions and delivering bespoke solutions
  • Driving business outcomes with data-based insights
  • Contributing to internal product development initiatives related to data science

Requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier institution preferably in a quantitative subject
  • 14+ years of hands-on experience in applied Machine Learning, AI, and analytics
  • Experience in Python libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow, scrapy, BERT, etc.
  • Strong grasp of depth and breadth of machine learning, deep learning, data mining, and statistical concepts

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work independently, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
