We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to help develop and maintain our AI systems. This role involves working on prompt engineering, building RAG systems, MCP servers/clients, and more.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python with experience in backend development, as well as expertise in Generative AI technologies such as LLM Optimization, RAG development, and AI Agent platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining backend services for AI systems
  • Building and enhancing AI platforms using LLM and AI agent technologies
  • Collaborating with DevOps to manage builds, deployments, and containerization using Docker
  • Ensuring code quality and maintainability through code reviews and proper documentation
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the stack
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python with experience in backend development
  • Proficiency in Generative AI technologies such as LLM Optimization, RAG development, and AI Agent platforms
  • Experience in API integration for MCP server/client if needed
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including build automation and containerization
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (GCP, AWS)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with AI and machine learning projects
  • Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks and libraries
  • Experience developing and implementing asynchronous architectures
