Key Role: Conversational AI System Developer

We seek a seasoned technical leader to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of a cutting-edge conversational AI system.

  • System Architecture & Development:
    • Design and build a user-friendly chat interface integrated with manufacturing data sources.
    • Develop natural language understanding (NLU) models to interpret user queries and translate them into workflow execution commands, database operations, or insight generation tasks.
  • Conversational AI & Orchestration:
    • Implement or integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural conversation.
    • Develop a domain-specific ontology and prompt-engineering framework for manufacturing terminology.
    • Design a command execution layer that translates chat intents into system actions.
  • Data & Insights:
    • Collaborate with the data team to define data models for manufacturing workflows.
    • Build insight generation modules (e.g., predictive analytics, process optimization).
