Job Title: Chief Financial Controller

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Controller to lead our financial management team. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight of all financial functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable operations
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional teams for compliance and reporting
  • Ensure timely period-end and year-end closings with accurate provisioning
  • Prepare balance confirmations and audit schedules
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
