Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will drive process improvements across our operations and support functions.

About the Role
  • Ensure company processes are documented, updated, and consistently followed.
  • Conduct regular walks across operations and support functions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives.
  • Report directly to the General Manager on adherence and optimization.
  • Deliver projects that make processes smarter, faster, and more effective.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in operations, quality, or process excellence (manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage management and shopfloor teams.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
