Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough claims analyses
  • Verify policy/claims documents
  • Set up and process claims payments
  • Submit and track claims
  • Communicate with claim parties
  • Develop and maintain effective claims communication
  • Maintain accurate records of activities
  • Manage daily production and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Understand the upstream and downstream processes of claims and their interlinkages
  • Utilize analytical and reporting skills on Excel
  • Work collaboratively as a team player with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Contribute to process improvements through innovative ideas and suggestions
Qualifications
  • A graduate degree from a recognized institution
  • A strong understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance principles
  • 2-5 years of experience in London Insurance Market Claims
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work from the office and adapt to rotational schedules
  • Preference for immediate joiners
