Transformation Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and curious individual to support our transformation journey. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is passionate about new technology, automation, and digital content creation.

  • Explore and test new technologies and recommend practical applications for different departments.
  • Support implementation and roll-outs of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Create digital training materials, including short videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Training Academy.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge, helping staff adopt new tools with confidence.
  • Assist IT with troubleshooting and support when required, providing a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team.
  • Track and monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, flagging opportunities for efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT, AI, or related fields, and experience using automation platforms and AI tools. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness to experiment with new technologies.

This is a fully remote entry-level role, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in transformation without extensive prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field

  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
