Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Finance.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information system reports, and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop comprehensive financial models to facilitate fundraising activities and enhance project feasibility.
  • Project Reports: Prepare detailed project reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to guide strategic business decisions.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance by managing return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions to optimize business outcomes.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to drive business growth.

 

Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA- Inter, Mcom, Bcom degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
