Finance Leader

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage General Ledger (GL) consolidation and Management Information System (MIS) reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation across multiple business units/entities and deliver insightful MIS reports for strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end GL closing activities, accurately reconciling accounts and eliminating intercompany transactions.
  • Consolidate financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS / IFRS / US GAAP), maintaining chart of accounts consistency across entities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, analyzing variances between budgeted and actual financial results.
  • Provide financial insights and dashboards for business reviews and management decision-making, streamlining and automating consolidation and MIS processes using ERP and reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA) with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in accounts & finance.
  • Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis, with strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
