Accounting Associate Role

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to support our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting and process management, including Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Receive-to-Resend (R2R), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) for our respective Business Units.

The ideal candidate should have experience in start-up environments and scaling up companies through Series-A and Series-B funding efforts. They should also possess self-driven results-oriented skills with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and enforce company accounting policies, practices, and internal controls.
  • Deliver accurate books of accounts - Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Lead financial close review with Finance Leadership, including month-end review, finalization of P&L accounts, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
