Job Title: Interior Project Coordinator

This role is a key part of our team, requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong communication with clients, and a deep understanding of project processes in the interior execution field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects.
  • Track and monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation.
  • Act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • Conduct budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.
  • Support project managers and executives with any administrative or coordination requirements.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
