F&B Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished F&B Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and beverage management, with experience in controlling costs, managing inventory, and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cost Control: Develop and implement strategies to reduce food and beverage costs while maintaining quality standards.
  2. Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of food and beverage products, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of f&b staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  4. Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs and other stakeholders to plan menus that meet customer demands and maintain profit margins.
  5. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports on f&b performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
  6. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in f&b management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and hospitality software.
