Your Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and deploy IBM WebSphere Application Server across various environments.
- Utilize WebSphere Admin Console or scripting tools like wsadmin to deploy enterprise applications.
- Manage incident and problem management processes, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Knowledge Management for optimal results.
- Deliver high-quality support services adhering to SLAs and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement preventive measures for future success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-12 years of experience in WebSphere Administration
- Troubleshoot issues on platforms using WebSphere, UNIX and SQL for seamless integration.
- Perform WebSphere administration tasks including deployment, configuration and performance tuning for optimal system health.
- Ensure application availability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
