About Our Quality Management Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our Quality Management team. As a Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across our hospitals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits, and ensure timely closure of all identified deficiencies.
  2. Oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  3. Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings, ensuring they are carried out with precision and effectiveness.
  4. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, policies, procedures, and ensure proper document control of forms and formats.
  5. Work closely with the Unit Leadership Team to implement and monitor quality standards across the hospital.
  6. Identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification, coordinating with accreditation processes.
  7. Support hospital-wide quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline along with MBA/MHA or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of experience in the quality department, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
