Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement UAT strategies aligned with sales workflows, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Test Case Management: Oversee the creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements, guaranteeing comprehensive coverage of critical processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor quality assurance testers and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Defect Management: Track, analyze, and escalate defects, working closely with development and QA teams to ensure prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Environment & Data Setup: Ensure UAT environments mirror production settings, managing test data preparation and validation to minimize discrepancies.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX), documenting test results, issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
