HR Business Partner in the Automotive Industry

Job Description:

  • Drive talent development, employee engagement, and operational excellence by collaborating closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with line managers to implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning processes for key positions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development, and drive performance management processes, including setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, and implement learning and development programs tailored to skill gaps and career progression needs.
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to standardize processes and share best practices, and provide metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR interventions and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ~5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices in the region.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a similar fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
