Job Description:

We're seeking a talented and experienced WordPress developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining advanced WordPress applications, leveraging your expertise in PHP, WordPress ecosystem, and other related technologies.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a focus on quality and application performance. You will work closely with designers and front-end integrators to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced WordPress applications using PHP, WordPress hooks, APIs, plugins, and themes.
  • Optimize database queries and code execution to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Integrate with REST APIs and support complex integrations/microservices.
  • Work daily in Docker/Podman environments (WP-CLI, container operations, Linux commands).
Required Skills:
  1. Deep expertise in PHP and the WordPress ecosystem.
  2. Strong SQL skills and proven experience optimizing queries for performance.
  3. Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservice integration patterns.
  4. React experience, especially for Gutenberg block development.
  5. Comfortable with Docker/Podman workflows and Linux environments (WP-CLI, file manipulation, container ops).
  6. A performance-minded developer: profiling, measuring, and optimizing code execution.
  7. Good command of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6).
  8. Experience working closely with designers and front-end integrators.
  9. Awareness of accessibility and Core Web Vitals best practices.
