Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct Daily Briefings and Task Management: Lead daily briefings with staff on floor level, manage and supervise all tasks to ensure efficient execution.
  • Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness: Ensure guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries meet our standards and procedures.
  • Public Area Supervision: Oversee public areas, replenish guest supplies, and attend to guest requests promptly.
  • Damage or Malfunction Reports: Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel rooms and maintain equipment cleanliness.
  • Section Floor Reporting: Maintain a section floor report and conduct regular room checklists.
  • Unusual Behavior Reports: Report unusual behavior/activities on floors to Executive Housekeeper.
  • Attendance and Performance Assessment: Assist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members' attendance and performance.
Other Responsibilities
  • Emergency Procedures Knowledge: Be well-versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
  • Briefings and Meetings Attendance: Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings assigned by management.
  • Personal Appearance and Hygiene: Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • Reasonable Duties: Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
  • Employee Relationships: Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements

Your experience and skills include: Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset. Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming. Excellent organizational skills and time management.
