Job Description:

As a skilled Payables Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions for U.S.-based real estate properties.

This dynamic position requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process high volumes of transactions while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor onboarding, updates, and issue resolution with precision.
  • Reconciliations: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with attention to detail.
  • Closing Activities: Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with property managers, vendors, and internal teams for invoice coding and approvals.
  • Payment Execution: Prepare payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Payables, preferably with U.S.-based accounting exposure.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; Yardi experience preferred.
