As a highly skilled accounts receivable specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding balances and maintaining accurate records of all A/R transactions.

We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent analytical skills, including the ability to gather and organize information. Proficient in invoicing and accounting software, you will be responsible for generating and sending invoices to customers in accordance with U.S. GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Invoices: Create and send accurate and timely invoices to customers in accordance with U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Accounts Monitoring: Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
  • Discrepancies Reconciliation: Reconcile discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and communicate effectively with customers regarding payments.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions.
  • Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical skills to gather and organize information, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in invoicing and accounting software, with experience using tools such as QuickBooks or Xero.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with ease. Additionally, you should be proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and have a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP regulations.
