Job Title: Stibo STEP MDM Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to help us build and manage systems that organize important business data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with data management solutions to set up and customize.
  • Create and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored).
  • Design ways to connect with other systems using APIs or ETL tools.
  • Collaborate with teams to find technical options and guide development.
  • Communicate with clients to understand needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring data platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM.
  • Good knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools.
  • Bonus: Certification in data management or knowledge of PIM software.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers OR MCA/M.Tech.
  • A passion for solving data problems, guiding teams, and working directly with clients.
