Job Title: Production Support L2/L3

Production Support Specialist required to provide Level 2 production support 24/7.

  • Provide timely and effective support for Java applications hosted on AWS.
  • Monitor P1/P2 tickets and escalate to service delivery organization during off-peak hours.
  • Represent the L2 support team in major incident management calls.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues using Splunk and CloudWatch.
  • Work with multi-level teams to resolve problems and implement solutions.
  • Experience in ETL jobs, Autosys/AWS Glue scheduler, and SAS application.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes - Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

We are looking for an experienced Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 production support for our Java applications hosted on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for Java applications hosted on AWS.
  • Monitor P1/P2 tickets and escalate to service delivery organization during off-peak hours.
  • Represent the L2 support team in major incident management calls.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues using Splunk and CloudWatch.
  • Work with multi-level teams to resolve problems and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years experience in Production Support role, particularly in Retirement Planning and Wealth Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity to understand products and troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience in using Splunk and CloudWatch for reviewing and analyzing Incidents.
