We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join our organization.

Job Description:

To deliver high-quality training and monitor the student lifecycle for ensuring outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive training on IT, including hardware and software knowledge.
  • Teach advanced skills in MS Excel, including cell references, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Pivot, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation.
  • Instruct students on basic internet skills, such as web browsing, email creation, and online shopping.
  • Showcase remote desktop tools, including TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and Ammyy.
  • Deliver training on Google Drive, OneDrive, and online meeting tools like WebEx and Skype.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree
  • At least 1 year of experience as a faculty member or trainer
  • Relevant industry experience (1-3 years) with a strong desire to pursue a career in teaching
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with patience and perseverance
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and counsel students
  • Liking for teaching as a career
  • Prior experience as a faculty member, trainer, or instructor is highly desirable but not essential
