Job Description: Webinar Trainer for Financial Platform (B2B)

We are looking for an energetic and engaging Webinar Trainer with 2+ years of experience in the financial sector to plan and host webinars for our business partners. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to create, organize, and deliver impactful webinars, bringing in guest experts to keep the content fresh and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Webinar Planning:
    Work closely with different teams to schedule and plan webinars, ensuring the content is aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Create Engaging Content & Presentations:
    Develop clear, engaging, and informative presentations and materials, focusing on financial products and services.
  • Host & Facilitate Webinars:
    Lead webinars, fostering interaction and engagement, while effectively addressing questions and feedback from attendees.
  • Collaborate with Guest Experts:
    Work with industry speakers for larger webinars, ensuring their content aligns with the platform's mission and objectives.
  • Post-Webinar Follow-Up:
    Analyze feedback, share additional resources, and maintain engagement with participants after the sessions.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Utilize webinar tools to ensure seamless execution of sessions, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial topics for a wide audience.
  • Proficiency in webinar platforms and content creation tools.
