Electromechanical Expert Wanted
  • Lead R&D Team to Develop LV Air Circuit Breakers

Mission Statement:

  • The primary goal of this role is to build a high-performing team with world-class electromechanical competencies required to design and develop LV air circuit breakers that meet customer-specific technical, cost, and market-related technology requirements in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the R&D team to drive the development of LV air circuit breaker products, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule targets.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in product design, testing, and validation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and features into the LV air circuit breaker product portfolio.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the R&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop the skills and abilities of the R&D team members through training and professional development opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices to drive product innovation and competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in R&D and product development within the low-voltage switchgear industry.
  • At least 5 years of people management experience.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of low-voltage switchgear technologies, standards, and market trends.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
