Job Description

The Marketing Outreach Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. This key position involves identifying potential influencers, building strong relationships, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the success of influencer initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) that align with the brand's target audience and values.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to introduce potential influencers to the brand and discuss potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all influencer content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives by providing clear instructions and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Act as the main point of contact for influencers during campaign execution, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Ensure influencers are well-informed about the brand, product features, and campaign goals through regular updates and briefings.
  • Monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns using various analytics tools, analyzing key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting tight timelines.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools and marketing software, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.
