Key Responsibilities

A Business Risk Manager is sought after to drive sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks. This individual will possess a deep understanding of technical risk and contribute to elevating our risk management capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and refine their risk profiles.
  • Support stakeholders in managing and mitigating risks through control design, implementation, and testing.
  • Conduct risk and control assessments, including in-depth analyses within various product and technology teams, to provide actionable insights.
  • Proactively manage risks to minimize major incidents, breaches, or non-compliance issues related to technology risk.
  • Record, handle, and report on risk incidents.
  • Presents data-driven risk reports and develops monitoring metrics for executive committees.
  • Drives effective implementation and communication of operational risk management policies and guidelines.
  • Reviews and updates ICT-related documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure (cloud), operations, software, hardware, data flows, change control, and their impact on organizational risk.
  • Knowledge of products, services, and tooling related to technology product delivery, including Agile and Kanban.
  • Ability to adapt messages based on audience and expectations while interacting with stakeholders.
  • Capacity to define risk appetite, risk impact, and identify risk likelihood.
  • Ability to quickly assume responsibilities.
  • Previous examples of interpreting and organizing complex data.
  • Ability to provide control testing support to stakeholders.
