Reliable Network Infrastructure Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Network Reliability and Cloud Security Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of secure and scalable network infrastructure.

This role involves developing and implementing robust security controls, monitoring systems, and automation tools to ensure high availability, compliance, and audit readiness of our global network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design and engineering, experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS preferred), and proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Crossplane).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure for on-premises and cloud environments
  • Develop and implement security controls, monitoring systems, and automation tools to ensure high availability and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines
  • Participate in on-call rotation for urgent incidents and act as a technical escalation point for critical issues
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in network and/or SRE roles with hands-on firewall expertise (Palo Alto preferred)
  • Practical cloud networking experience (AWS preferred); strong grounding in IP networking, routing, switching, VPN, DNS, load balancing, and relevant security protocols
  • Demonstrated proficiency with automation (Ansible, Python, Bash) and IAC tools (Terraform, Crossplane) in regulated environments
  • Experience integrating security policies and controls into CI/CD pipelines and building auditability into network/cloud automations
