Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Reliable Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of critical payment platforms and services.
  • Analyze root cause issues and develop long-term solutions to prevent incident recurrence.
  • Manage capacity planning, scalability, and performance tuning across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide timely support and issue resolution during on-call rotations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines using DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and monitoring through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Enhance automation for routine operational tasks, incident response, and self-healing capabilities.
  • Implement and manage enterprise monitoring solutions including Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Create real-time dashboards, alerts, and reporting to proactively identify system anomalies.
  • Continuously improve observability, logging, and tracing across all environments.
  • Work with AWS, Azure, and PCF environments, managing cloud-native services and infrastructure.
  • Design and optimize cloud architecture for reliability and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cloud security and networking teams to ensure secure and compliant infrastructure.
  • Apply expertise in Card Payment systems to ensure platform reliability and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot payment-related issues, minimizing impact on transaction flows and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Possess deep understanding of card payment systems and their technical requirements.
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing cloud architecture for reliability and cost-efficiency.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex payment-related issues and minimize their impact.
  • Familiarity with cloud security and networking concepts, ensuring secure and compliant infrastructure.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and cloud-native services.
  • Able to analyze root cause issues and develop long-term solutions.
