We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach to facilitate the development process and align with customer needs and business goals. This role involves overseeing daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, as well as removing impediments and obstacles that hinder progress.

The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, encouraging collaboration and communication within the team, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the Agile process is followed, tracking and managing project progress using Agile tools and techniques, measuring and reporting on effectiveness, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Additionally, experience working with product owners and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and team capacity is beneficial for this role.

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile
