Product Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Consultant to lead projects and teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of our products, ensuring their thorough understanding of requirements.

  • Demonstrate products to customers and perform on-site installations, configurations, and training of end-users.
  • Execute user acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, and installation qualification protocols.
  • Assist in project kickoff, planning, and execution, including UAT/SAT, Operational Qualification, and Patch updating.
  • Provide onsite support, customer call handling, and reproduce reported issues or test cases at offshore.
  • Install production builds, create database maintenance plans, and perform interface configurations.
  • Review validation outputs with customers and prepare validation summary reports.

A successful Product Consultant should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment. Relevant experience in pharma projects, instrumentation, and QAMS/DMS/LIMS domains is an added advantage.
