Product Design and Data Specialist Role

Our organization seeks a skilled Product Design and Data Specialist to contribute to our Engineering department.

Responsibilities:

  • Create precise item records using consistent naming conventions and update change orders with detailed summaries and descriptions.
  • Maintain product lifecycle data integrity within Engineering tools.
  • Enter accurate data into the database, including creating requests and change orders according to company approval processes.
  • Address integration issues and implement improvements for data efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Engineers for data attributes and architecture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and PLM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in product design and development, preferably with a focus on Data Management and PLM.
