Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to lead end-to-end implementation and support of Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules, as well as a proven track record in implementing solutions that meet business requirements.

This role requires collaboration with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows, as well as troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules
  • Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities
  • Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies
  • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance while working on a VDI-based remote setup
  • Train end-users and provide post-go-live support
