Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expertise in onboarding processes and solutions.

About the Role:
  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure new employees have all the necessary resources, access, and equipment.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs to introduce company culture, values, and policies.
  • Ensure new hires are well-informed about their roles, team structure, and expectations.
  • Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining required documentation from new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and regulations.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to schedule and plan onboarding activities.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand department-specific onboarding needs.
  • Engage with new hires to address questions, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support during their initial period.
  • Develop surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure and improve the onboarding experience.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of onboarding processes and recommend improvements.
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials, including guides, checklists, and presentations.
  • Track and report on onboarding metrics, such as new hire satisfaction and time-to-productivity.
  • Provide regular updates to HR leadership on the status of onboarding activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-12 years of experience in HR or Recruitment domain.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with process improvement and change management.
