SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll professional to optimize HR and payroll processes.

About the Role:

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP to meet business needs, streamlining HR and payroll operations.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities, ensuring seamless integrations.
  • Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support business users by troubleshooting issues and providing expert guidance on system usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, including payroll process knowledge and technical skills.
  • A strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, and reporting requirements, as well as experience with SuccessFactors integrations using middleware solutions.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and familiarity with country-specific payroll localization.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
