Key Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships, secure contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Drive the sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sales.
  • Prospect customers through direct and indirect methods.
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria.
  • Consult with customers on business challenges and solutions.
  • Maintain relevant domain knowledge for meaningful conversations.
  • Work with technical staff to address customer requirements.
  • Develop territory plans to meet sales targets.
  • Keep detailed notes on customer interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact.
  • Provide sales forecasts over relevant time periods.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Improve sales, company reputation through feedback.
  • Identify sales support requirements and improve sales tools.
  • Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field with software sales experience.
  • Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solution sales/technical experience is beneficial.
  • Good local market knowledge is essential.
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Able to travel extensively up to 70%.
