Job Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer

In a world where technology is constantly evolving, we're seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of technical support for our Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for various technologies in Ruckus Wireless products
  • Manage critical cases and work closely with escalation teams and engineering teams to resolve complex issues
  • Identify customer problems and assist in resolving issues while providing great customer experiences
  • Work on complex problems requiring in-depth fault analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating KB articles and generating clear and concise documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of customer support experience in IP networks, WiFi, or related environments
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IGMP, switching, and routing (Layer 2 & 3 communication)
  • CCNA certification or higher knowledge, CWNA, CWSP a plus
