Job Title:

Marketing Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing operational aspects of brand and marketing, with a focus on exhibitions, social media coordination, budget management, brand merchandise, sales collaterals, and vendor management.

Key responsibilities include managing all administrative and logistical deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather product, branding, and technical information, ensuring timely delivery of collaterals, booth materials, and samples to event locations, and collating all leads and visitor data captured during events and ensuring accurate and timely upload to SFDC in coordination with the sales and CRM teams.

Exhibitions & Trade Shows
  • Manage exhibition logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and registration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials, such as banners, brochures, and business cards.
  • Monitor and track attendee engagement, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Social Media Coordination
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and product information, ensuring consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content, ensuring brand consistency and engaging with followers.
Marketing Budget & Finance
  • Track marketing expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain updated records and reports on campaign spends and cost effectiveness, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Sales Collateral Management
  • Drive the creation, review, and distribution of sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
  • Coordinate with design agencies, internal teams, and printers to ensure timely execution and high-quality output.
  • Maintain a repository of up-to-date marketing assets for the sales team, ensuring easy access to relevant materials.
Vendor Management
  • Identify and evaluate vendors in key markets for printing, branding, gifting, and events, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Negotiate terms and rates with vendors, maintaining a database of approved vendors with rate cards and service histories.
Brand Identity Implementation
  • Ensure consistent implementation of the brand identity across all touchpoints and materials, including office premises, packaging, events, and collaterals.
  • Review physical and digital branding, providing recommendations for improvement and audit.
Merchandise & Gifting
  • Manage end-to-end execution of branded merchandise, including T-shirts, diaries, calendars, gifting items, labels, and packaging materials.
  • Liaise with creative, sourcing, and procurement teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
Lead Monitoring & Coordination
  • Monitor and track incoming enquiries generated through social media, website, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries and coordinate timely follow-up with the relevant sales teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, branding, or coordination.
  • Industry background – preferably FMCG or marketing/creative agency background with experience in managing BTL activities.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sharp eye for detail and good design sensibility to ensure brand consistency across collaterals.
  • Experience in working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results under tight timelines.
