Network Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our organization. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting networks that support our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure high uptime, security, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network outages and provide timely resolutions.
  • Network Security: Implement and maintain network security measures in compliance with industry standards.
  • Migration and Upgrade Support: Support network migrations and upgrades, including cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Documentation: Document configurations, processes, and incident reports.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional IT and operations teams to deliver seamless support.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in network engineering/administration.
  • Certifications: CCNA/CCNP (or equivalent).
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP.
  • Firewall Management: Strong knowledge of firewall management and VPN technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with global clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cloud Networking: Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Automation Tools: Exposure to network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).
  • ITIL Processes: Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Additional Certifications: Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Juniper certifications.
