Deputy Leadership Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee membership compliance and support the team in achieving a no-error work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scrutinizing and processing applications, maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with members, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing applications for changes in director's details, shareholding patterns, and member entity names.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating control sheets.
- Communicating effectively with members via mail and phone calls to ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Closure of alerts in Trackwizz application and maintaining monthly databases and MIS reports.
- CS/CA/MBA degree from a reputable institute/university.
- 3-4 years of work experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
- Strong analytical and execution skills, with an eye for detail and excellent communication abilities.
