Job Title: Warehouse and Operations Executive

This is a leadership position in our e-commerce operations team, responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor sales performance across multiple channels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Analyse sales data to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Review monthly partner sales performance and share findings with the team.
  • Assist with inventory management, including regular stock checks and maintenance of warehouse reports.
Warehouse and Inventory Management:
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Manage the movement of inward and outward stock, including onboarding new partners.
  • Track live and not-live stock status to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Reporting and Process Management:
  • Compile and maintain sales data, preparing brand-wise performance reports for the team.
  • Support in compiling order indents and reporting metrics across brands.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with direct exposure to warehouse management and 3PL coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Flexibility to travel if required for operational needs.
