Customer Service Representative Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and resolving their queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, listening to their concerns and responding promptly to resolve their issues.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our brand.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating matters when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
  • Excellent English communication skills
