Customer Engagement Specialist
Immerse Learn is a leading provider of immersive training solutions using Virtual Reality (VR) for skilled trades and healthcare.
We are expanding our team and seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to support our growing student base in the U.S.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and prior experience working with international customers or in cross-cultural environments.
Job Description:- Conduct demo calls with prospective students to showcase our certification programs.
- Build trust and provide guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.
- Answer student inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet enrollment targets.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
- A remote role based in India.
